Balmoral is excellent quality. The checkering is actually threaded in, and not a plastic wrap around. The place to put your favorite clan badge is sturdy. This Balmoral is made to last!

I choose the all-black Bamoral which does have a red ball top. It is stunning. The piece is well made and sturdy. On a windy day it did not move an inch. It really enhanced the kilt and the all black looked great especially on a kilt that had no red in it. It accentuated my whole ensemble. I would highly recommend it as an addition to the kilt.

A good quality bonnet at an excellent price. The diced Balmoral has an integral band of dicing, rather than a sewn on ribbon, like other budget priced bonnets.
