As both a proud Scotsman and Cavalryman preparing for a "summer vacation" in Baghdad, I knew an ACU kilt was a necessity. Sport Kilt came through in the clutch with their Commando Kilt and made me one happy trooper.
The construction (particularly the pockets) was suberb, the material lightweight enough to keep me happy in 120+ temperatures and the proper camouflage to boot. While not exactly an authorized uniform item, my kilt served me well and survived my little trip to OIF V. Thanks again, guys.

This is without question, an absolutely outstanding product. I ordered my Sport Kilt in the US Army digital camouflage pattern. Without any compromise to quality, my order was quickly processed, manufactured to my specifications, and delivered to my post in Iraq just in time for our 4TH of July party! Though I will only be using this product in an unofficial capacity, I was quite surprised at just how practical it actually is. Just modify a 200 round M-249 Magazine pouch to function as the Sporran and you’re ready to go fight! Thanks for the attention to details in your craft.

A quality product at a good price, Sep 12, 2009

This was my first kilt and has already given me a good deal of happiness for as much as I've been able to wear it in Afghanistan. I like the modern styling and utility of the cargo pockets and envision that I will get plenty of use out of this kilt for casual and active wear...hiking, drinking, camping, etc. My only feedback (and it's not a criticism...the product is exactly as described) is that I wish that the kilt was made of a bit more flexible fabric (which might happen after I wash it) and that it had more pleats. That's just a "if I were to make my own I would..." type of comment. Thanks to Sportkilt for great customer service, quick shipping, and a quality product!
