Great Kilt! using if for scenario paintball!, Oct 09, 2009
Reviewer: Joshua of Columbia, SC
I own over 10 kilts, 3 of which are sportkilts, and bought a Tiger Stripe pattern to play paintball in. Our team uses tiger stripe to both blend in, and stand out to each other (so we know who is who). The kilt was made promptly and were to my door quickly. The kilt looks great, very happy. Thanks guys!

shrinks, Oct 05, 2010

I like the cut and construction of the kilt, however it did shrink in length and I would like to have been forewarned that this fabric would shrink a full inch! (tiger stripe camo). I would have gotten an ML.

great 1st kilt, Sep 12, 2010

Loved the long velcro waist...made for perfect adjustability. The little inside pocket is nice...but I am going to order pockets in my next kilt. My wife loved me in it too!

Holds up to the Tough Mudder!, Nov 01, 2011
Reviewer: Kilted Mudder of Stafford, VA
I ordered the Tiger Stripe Sport Kilt specifically to wear in the 2011 VA Tough Mudder -- and it didn't disappoint! The fabric is just the right durability to take anything the Mudder could throw at us (literally), but no too absorbant so that when soaked and caked with mud it doesn't get too heavy. The wide velcro kept the kilt secure, and I appreciated the several belt loops (I used a spec ops web belt in addition, just to make sure the kilt stayed on during the obstacles). The Tiger Stripe endured the 12 foot walls, the low crawls through mud, the dreaded ice bath, the cargo nets, the log bog jog, 10 miles of trekking up and down the ski slopes, and more. Hosed it off and ran it through the wash -- and it came out looking nearly new. That's one tough kilt! There were other kilts at the Mudder that day, but only one Tiger Stripe. 8-) Thanks Seamus for the perfect Mudder kilt! Check out the official 2011 VA Tough Mudder video here:
